Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the official portal with your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for our electronics warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the printer or resin/filament in its original internal padding to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
